This was the worst experience of moving from out of state for work. Some many fixable issues in the house we rented that they penny pinch and send some guy to repair thats not a professional. The worst part is after moving out, leaving the place in way better shape than received, they are still holding a rent of my money that I Due not owe. We were given a 60 notice to vacate because we did not want to renew the lease. We were gone in 25 days not 60. Left the place ready to show! No trash, no damage, clean kitchen and bathrooms. They took 3800 for my security deposit and telling me they are keeping 1900 for Junes rent in. WE owe NOTHING and were gone by May 25th. Being that it was a holiday weekend , we Let them know on the 27th that by June 1st we are completely out. ANEETRA ( the owner) literally said on the phone oh, the landlord was expecting Junes rent! Wow! When I was given a 60 from them. I paid every month , owed nothing, left no trash behind, nothing damaged, lease was up 3/23/23. I paid May and was out the same month! THE WORST SLUM LORDS! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOOD HARD WORKING PPL WITH FAMILIES TO THIS TERRIBLE ORGANIZATION

Aneetra is the epitome of professionalism. She is prompt, transparent, and extremely helpful. She is currently managing a rental property of mine and I knew from the start I made the right decision due to the high standard she set. She helped me make sure the property was ideal for potential tenants, visited me regularly throughout the process, and shared all of her resources with me (handyman, tree cutting service, etc). We are approaching our first year of completed business and she has exceeded my expectations. I hope to be one of her client for as long as she would have me. You know its a good relationship when you feel honored to pay for the service.

The most professional interaction I've had since moving to Atlanta. Aneetra is customer care personified, keeps her word, and was extremely easy to work with. She lays it all out and there's nothing to second guess. I'd recommend her for any of your home rental or purchasing needs.
