I would not recommend leasing space at locations from this company. They have acquired management at a property in South Macon. They do not feel that having an animal rescue group there leasing three of their spaces is high end enough for them so they are not renewing the lease. As of now the only other spaces leased is a Laundry facility and Convenience Store. If they realize that people that do rescue animals and come to the location to adopt, do have monetary funds they would realize the benefit of keeping the facility there. Due to the fact of non lease renewal the rescue is having to look for an alternate location by 10/15/14. If none is found then the animals left may have to be euthanized. Would you want to lease from a company that would put animals to sleep due to their need for a high end shopping center in an area that it would not thrive in anyway?
