        This is THE absolute WORST property management company. They have admittedly stated that the roof of my building is in need of repair for over a month and have done NOTHING about it. My place has flooded as a result. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID

        The Marietta branch of this company is the worst. They do not respond to emails I tried calling Jennifer Foreman for days with no response. Secretary says shes busy. Today I was on hold twice for over 20 minutes each time. She never picked up. I will be encouraging our HOA to cha he management. ASAP. Protect your HOA money from them. Stay away

They answer questions and work well with the HOA Board of Directors in allowing the HOA to run very smoothly and efficiency..
