        I'm sorry, I just literally called for information. This woman automatically assumed I was on section 8. Wow! Just Wow! Welcome to the South! Ma'am let me be blunt with you. You are a sad excuse for a person to assume someone is on Section 8. I am pretty sure I do not sound as if I am on section 8. Lol. It's really sad that you could draw that conclusion from one question. Luckily, I don't assume that from people I meet. That being said, everyone of color that approach you are not on section 8. But I am in my third year of Law school. That was very discriminative listening on your part. Careful!!! You might get hit with a NICE LAW SUIT!!!!

      Good morning Ms. Frounder. Our leasing agent informed you that we have a section application in process currently. The reason we advise our prospective tenants that an application has already been received is because we want them to apply in full knowledge of an application already being processed. Some applicants do not wish to spend money on an application fee if an application is in process. The leasing agent did not tell you or assumed you were a section 8 applicant. We called you on your cell phone after you posted the review and also forwarded you the recording of the call. Please kindly listen to the recording and you will hear that she is only advising you that we have a section 8 application in progress and waiting for the inspection. You are welcome to see the house and apply for the home if you desire to do so. Thank you.
