Club Pilates

New to pilates. I attended a free demo class with Amanda and I enjoyed it. I paid $200 upfront for a package of private 1:1 sessions. Two weeks later, and I am still waiting to schedule my sessions despite my numerous attempts via phone/email. I keep getting lame excuses from the front desk staff and promises to find an instructor for you or speak to the manager and call you back. What gives? The experience has soured me on this establishment and I want my money back.

Def canceling my membership at the buckhead location. Two of us were denied because we were stuck in traffic and a few minutes late. The instructor told us its for safety reasons which is complete bs. Theyve never done this before. Its just another way to make money, but its totally okay when your instructors no show at a 6:30 am class while everyone is waiting outside. Thanks for nothing club pilates

I attempted to stop payments because I wasnt using. I emailed the beginning of the month so no charges would be sent through and explained that I would be having surgery. The payment went through anyway. The email communication between CPBuckhead was few and far in between and did not expedite the process of cancellation; as if they wanted to drag it out and take my money. The classes and Instructors were great but management was never there, very poor communication and money hungry. Dont recommend going there-or just buy packages as you want to take classes.

Club Pilates is listed as a participant of United Healthcare's Renew Active fitness membership. When I walked inside today the woman at the front desk said she never heard of it and no they weren't. The woman answering the phone the day before had said she thought they were and would ask her manager.
