        LOVE this studio! Each class is centered around the mind-body connection, and the culture of the studio is incredibly positive and inviting. Plus the classes are actually really fun! You get in a good workout, and then end each class with a few minutes of stillness. Its so refreshing and such a great way to start off my mornings. So happy to have found this community!

        Barre 3 Buckhead exemplifies the mind-body balance that is the hallmark of the brand. Absolutely every instructor brings skill and grace to the physical work, and they cultivate a warm, concerned approach to the mental work as well. Instructors remind everyone to honor their own bodies each day and to modify poses as needed to ensure an optimal workout. They are positive and supportive throughout. The livestream option is fantastic for those of us who live a bit too far to make in-studio classes a regular activity. The instructors are visible and it is easy to follow along as if your are in the back of the room. The studio is light-filled and inviting. Check it out!
