        The coach is exceptional, and the location is perfect. I opted for the unlimited membership for a month and attended around 20 classes. I'm absolutely in love with PACE, and it has helped me feel invigorated every morning. Once my summer internship is over, I'll undoubtedly be signing up for the unlimited membership again! The coaches are all friendly and helpful.

        On Wednesday evening, I booked a Thursday noon class. Unfortunately, a last minute work obligation came up and I contacted the studio requesting to allow me to change to a Friday class (which has 7 open spots). Katherine told me no. I understand business practices, but this inflexibility (again - 7 open spots for the class I asked to switch to) tells me theyd rather take my money than teach the class.
