Tia is an a phenomenal trainer. She will push you past your limits. She doesnt make you feel like a trainee, she gets to know you on a personal level. She will talk with you on your body goals and make sure it gets done

I want to share my experience with the Body Architects. I was trained by one of the best trainers ever! She was very thorough when explaining to me my body measurements.(that was taken doing training) to allow me to see exactly what I needed to work on. She went above and beyond to make sure we worked on those areas and gave me solid advice, meal plan, and exercises to help me along my journey. I was so pleased and satisfied with the services I received. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I just want to say that yhe team at BODY Architects are amazing!! The workout keeps me moving and active to be with my grand babies I can keep up with them, I'm 63 years old veteran it's important to be in good health to see my grandkids grow up! They have meal plans to help me get that energy i need! They are very detailed and affordable I even have my two daughters 39 and 34 eating the same meal plans with me to keep our family health together!!!! They are professionals they are always on time and they are very knowledgeable

When I started working out with The Body Architects I thought I wasnt going to make it thru my workout but they real patient and And they really make ur workout fun they will make sure u see the results that u want I love my fitness coach
