I have a full time job and a side business of my own so finding time to workout is difficult. And honestly, some days its a problem motivating myself enough to even get to the gym. So I began looking for another exercise option and thats when I encountered Vagabond Fitness. Ruwan was enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable and helped me design a home workout routine that met my fitness goals. He was even available to come help me at my house! Highly recommended.

Ruwan and I trained together twice a week for about a month. Each week built upon the last and I could feel the progress even in our short time together. He designed workouts to specifically overcome my setbacks (injuries and weak areas) while building my overall strength through a variety of workout formats, which kept me from getting bored with reps and sets (as I usually do coming from a yoga background where my emphasis is on continually experimenting). We worked the whole body with varied movements that left me feeling great all week. Ruwan was attentive during our sessions to monitor my performance and identify what I needed to be mindful of and work on. He is knowledgable and has a passion for training, and it shows in his fun workouts that pack a punch! I look forward to training with him again soon and picking it up where we left off.
