Stewart Miller Simmons Trial Attorneys

Didn't have a good experience a couple weeks ago with the lady who answered the phone. Called many law firms and this was the one that stuck out to me for how unprofessional and questioning the person who answered the phone was. Asked to speak to Mr. Miller as he cam highly recommended and her answer was "that's why mr.miller has assistants" she also accused me of potentially being the aggressor in my case. Interesting I didn't think most people would seek legal action if they where the aggressor in a situation. I would pass as there are many other law firms that will represent you without making you feel like a suspect.

This group was amazing in supporting me during a time when it was needed. The team fought for me to receive every penny deserved. They even forced my insurance to take action when it looked like they would ignore their responsibilities to cover medical costs after the accident. I am grateful for the help received and appreciative of everyone involved that helped resolved this matter. Cheryl was helpful and responsive to all needs and taking action to get insurance to move when I could not.
