Young lady that picks up the phone for the contact department is so unorganized. The changed the pricing on contacts making them be more expensive and they give me a price and a different price is charged on my bank, so unprofessional that I cant even get a notice nor a email saying their contact prices have gone up

Dr Levine is great. Dealing with the shop downstairs is a pain. From transitional lenses that don't to certain staff telling me how my frames should fit to my face. Sick of these folks. 6-Mar Re someone reaching out to contact me, as I suspected all talk and no action. To date have not heard from anyone.

Today was my first visit with Dr Ghaiy. He was very informative and quick! Straight to the point! He answered my questions without me even having to ask. I left the office with much relief from an insecurity Ive been dealing with for years. The only downside of the appointment was an extended wait time. I traveled almost 2 hours to go to the appointment so waiting almost an hour was a little frustrating only because I was anxious to get back on the road before dark hit so now in the future Ill plan for morning appointments

Incompetent billing practices. The same practice sends various bills on the same letterhead from their different locations that take you to the same portal. I was making regular payments on my account only to be locked out and sent to collections because apparently they dont have enough sense to manage their accounts. Embarrassingly ran from a business standpoint.
