Dr Sharma is borderline rude in a covert way. He was offended that i requested he wash his hands before touching my eyes. When i insisted he finally relented then half heartedly apologized. He also tried to deter me from shopping online for better pricing on frames saying they wouldn't be authentic, not true i saved nearly $500 on my glasses. I'l never go to Dr Sharma again.

When I got my eye examination everything was great. The nightmare came when my glass came in and it was time to pickup. I've been trying now a week to get them. Last Thursday when the lady called me and told me they were in I said I will be there on Monday because they were closed on Friday. She also told me they will be there until 4pm. So Monday came i get off work at 2:30 get there and they are closed, nobody answering the phone. I called all day Tuesday, Wednesday left messages no answer. I called today Thursday and she said oh we had 3 cancelation so we left early..WTH?? I Told her it took me 40mins to get there how did I know you had a cancelation? She said well you gonna have to call before you come. I told her I already told her I would be there Monday why would I have to call. So today they close at 3pm. I can't come today they telling me I can get them next Tuesday but still they close at 3pm. I then ask since we are having difficulty picking them up can they ship them to me. She said you got shipping money???? I can not believe that this eye doctor has no accommodation for people who gets off work and can make it to office by 3pm. When I get them glass trust and believe I will not EVER USE DR.SHARMA SERVICES AGAIN. Staff was rude and will not accommodate paid customers or change hours to pick up glasses . I was being generous when I gave you one star.
