this place is a racist scam, they tried to have me pay 4 times the amount to move in, and I really think the reason was because of my race, when I first went to view the office a man named Jacob seemed very uninterested in showing me the office, after showing me the office I had to ask for an application he then gave it to me with no clipboard just a paper and then said he was checking the mailbox and he would be right back, I sat for 30 plus minutes and no one ever came back, I then called him and he was in his office the whole time, so fast forward I give them all the information to prove were an legitimate company the next pushback was 4 times the rent for me to move in, if your black they want more The grand wizard named Phillip Durant never wanted me in there but they just went through the motions to make it look good

Horrible horrible horrible.. Money hungry scam artist with a legitimate business name. They will scam you with fake fees, fake internet service, fake cable, fake maintenance men, and they force you to use ALL of their companies from Internet provider to renters insurance. Please don't get me started on the water bill. Which was handled by Velocity and was 70-90 every month for 2 people who work full time. Jamin is a JOKE he responds to look good, he won't really resolve anything
