been contacting this property for months and no one hasn't yet to respond. also the prices for their new communities change before the opening of the new leasing for them.

About Myrtle Street Apartments: The location is fantastic. The price is reasonable. The people doing repairs are usually responsive and quick. However, the people in the main office are impossible to get ahold of and never respond to voicemails or emails. If you like to do whatever you want, this is the place for you. They do not care if you lower your neighbor's quality of life. I'm constantly having to listen to someone else's bass through my floor/walls. The only response to constant car break-ins is a generic "don't leave stuff in your car," email. You should factor in window repairs into cost of living because it will likely happen to you at least once. The laundry room floods every time there is moderate to heavy rain. It smells. Edit added after a month: if you think that the messages they are posting here stating their concern and that you should reach out to them about your bad experience is in any way sincere, think again. They did not even respond when added to the existing email chain that the other employees had already started to ignore.
