Extremely disappointed in the patient care at Peachtree Women's. Was talked into a genetic blood test and was not notified that I would be billed over $1400 before the test was conducted. The bill took over three months to arrive and I was not able to use my 2023 FSA balance to cover it. They also attempted to talk a friend, a patient, into the same test. I left several voicemails to try and discuss this with someone in the office. I'm now posting my experience here to try and prevent this experience for other women.

Overall experience 3/10. Dr. Ottenmeyer is very nonchalant and senical. The billing department is unorganized. Was seen for months with no issues with my insurance. 3 weeks before my due date Beverly decided to inform me that I owe over 5k. How depressing is that when youre trying to prepare for a baby.

Courtney and my doctors (Ive retired 3 of them!) have been excellent over the past 23 years and 3 children. I love my nurses, Debbie and Lisa, who wholeheartedly care about me. The changes in healthcare and insurance the past 10 years has been tough and they have remained dedicated to my health.

I won't go into detail but overall have had a very shady experience here during my pregnancy. I've since switched doctors offices and wouldn't recommend this one to anyone.
