In school we used to get E's for effort. This place is definitely not what I'm used to. However I'm not going to complain. I don't like that the ultrasound equipment is old. Because the new equipment offers better ultrasound pictures for you to take home and put in your scrapbook or to send out to you friends and family. My boyfriend did not like the fact that the ultrasound said 2001 at the top. I was accused of lying about my pregnancy. I had to call and prove that it wasn't me, it was them. The equipment is so outdated they're unsure of how to change the date and time. However I did see my baby having a ball inside my belly and that alone meant the world to me. The appointments are quicker than normal. I'm used to being asked a million questions when I arrive in a doctor's office. Like have I been experiencing any pain lately or anything concerning me about my baby's health or my own. I don't get none of that. But the wait is not long, and the process of being seen is just as quick as my name gets called. I was a little bothered that I drove 39 minutes for my appointment that was at 4:00. And I was dismissed from my appointment by 4:18. At the same time happy to get on with my day knowing the baby seems to be fine. I see trying people. I'm not sure what it's like to run an office like this. So I won't be harsh. I hope in time their E becomes an A. . I'm going to give it a couple more tries and then I will update my review.

I wish I had never started getting prenatal care here. Now that I've had my baby I'm stuck with them for anything post natal. Going there is a nightmare. Long wait times for what seems to be no reason because there is never any apology or explanation for the delay. The nurses that see you are not even properly trained, I had a woman who had never had a post natal patient start talking to me about listening to my baby's heartbeat...I am not by any scope of the imagination pregnant. I have had multiple appointments where I waited for not one but two hours. And to see Dr. Sonyika apparently this is normal, which is absolutely unacceptable for sub par care. No one has two hours to spare to get barely checked out and basically dismissed for what they came to be seen about. It's disrespectful of people's time. I hope I never have to go here again for anything post natal. Edit: I have been seeing Dr Sonyika at this location for the past few months. Whether or not she is a permanent resident doctor at this office is not my concern. The facts remain: she sees patients there and the office is run poorly. Check the old reviews below, folks. They may be old but they're accurate. Everyone has had issues with the wait time for YEARS and it's still like this.

Dr. Haiba Sonyika saw my wife during her pregnancy and afterwards. There were always extremely long wait times, poor service, and unprofessional staff. No actual nurses work there, only nurse students. They always misbilled us and we needed to fix their mistakes. The last appointment she was forced to get naked and wait for an hour and a half, for 5 minutes of facetime with Dr. Sonyika and no apology! Avoid if at all possible! Edit: The owner responded and said that Dr. Sonyika does not work in this office. I understand that Dr. Sonyika has a practice in Fayetteville and also comes to this Atlanta office to see patients. Regardless of whether she works there or not she does see patients there. My wife has only seen her at this office during her pregnancy. Therefore, this office needs to hold her accountable!
