        The first time I came I had a good experience:) This was the second time that I came in on yesterday. Ok to start it off one of the guys started my gel pedicure. He filed my cuticle so bad that its still hurting and very painful. A woman came over and finished my gel pedicure for him but she forgot to put hot towels on my legs! She did my manicure as well and forgot to put lotion on my hands. Granted they was very busy but it was my birthday and I spent 3 1/2 hours in the nail salon which is ridiculous. Ive called to try to speak to the manager twice and nothing! Hopefully this can be resolved.

        Sugar Polish West Midtown is my favorite go to spot to get pampered! Nails done beautifully! Lux pedi! A glass of Prosecco or wine or water or tea my choice! This is hands down the most luxurious nail salon Ive been to in West Midtown. The service is fantastic. I highly recommend!
