I had a 3:30 appointment today with Tina. The young girl in the salon called me at 3pm to tell me my appointment has been push back to 5:45pm. I told her that I had to be at the airport at 6pm to fly out of town. She said sorry and still asked me if I wanted the 5:45pm time like what I had planned didn't matter. Ugh!!! You shouldn't be that behind if you kept up with your appointment book. Smdh.... They are terrible with managing time!

Im a regular at this location and I always have a great experience rather its a manicure, pedicure or both. Today, I got a manicure from Dorothy I usually do a very simple gel manicure - no designs, etc. She convinced me to try something different and we made a baby step toward a simple design on two fingers (one on both hands). Im very happy!!! Im super ecstatic to get more out of the box and try newer designs in the future.

I used to come here all the time to get a full set by Dorothy and to get a pedicure. Before Dorothy became manager the establishment was ran with respect and care that has drastically changed. Dorothy will not service you if you are getting a service under 100 dollars she will pass you off to someone less experienced and just as expensive.this place has turned into a money grab in exchange for horrible customer service/satisfation. To overcharging and ridiculous charges for minor things I suggest going somewhere else. The last time I came I got a spa pedicure which cost 65 dollars itself.my service began at 6:40pm and I was completely finished with my entire pedicure by 7:00pm also I didnt want any polish because I was trying to heal my toes from an infection that developed on my toe nails so the nail tech said she is charging me 10 extra dollars to file the previous polish off of my toes. So I was charges 75 dollars for 20 minutes of service that was horrible my feet still had dead skin cuticles they were filed so low with a drill til my skin was almost damaged. Horrible horrible service. This was the last straw. And Dorothy this is Lena Im sure you remember me because I was a frequent customer you should really take step back and look at the culture there at your location because the service sucks and we work hard to our money and deserve much more care and respect for our hard earned money. Please Do better but if I could rate this place a zero I would 75 dollars for a pedicure that involved hot towels lava rocks scrubs all the extras and it only last 20 mins thats where you lost me that was the last straw. There was a time when this place was busy but I now see why you all are in the state you are in now.
