        I got the gel manicure and pedicure and both were done perfectly and so quickly. It took about 75 min. Will definitely be coming back here

        Went for first time, extremely rude staff, then couldn't even understand what they were saying. And it was empty but they refused to fit me in for a gel mani!! Very unwelcoming & they don't answer the phone! I will not come back, doubt if actually blk owned. But next day found a wonderful and better nail salon.

        Quality varies greatly depending on the tech you get. Have been coming here for the past year and a half had always enjoyed the staff. Today I showed up for my 2pm pedicure appointment and didnt recognize any of the usual staff. I was told I had to wait 90 minutes even though I had an appointment confirmed. Not even an apology from a single staff member. So disappointed, will be looking for a new place to get my pedicures.
