Adrienne Herndon,WEB DuBois, and Mr. Towns were Altanta College first Black College professors, Adrianne Herndon was Atlanta College first Black female college professor. Adrienne died in 1910 of Addison disease. Alonzo Herndon died in 1937 from a heart attack, Alonzo Herndon controlled the southeast, Atlanta Life Insurance was the most powerful African American institution in America, with assess over hundred and thirty million dollars.
