This review may be a bit lengthy, but well worth the read:
No words can truly describe how invaluable Sharon has become to my family and how invaluable she should be to US Bank. Here's the backstory.
Last May 2022, My family of 5 (me, my wife, and 3 children) decided to sell our home. It was a bold move since I had just started a new career path (about 1 month into my new role), yet the market was performing great at the time. I reached out to several lenders who were unwilling to assist me, gave me the cold shoulder, you name it... Until I met Sharon through our Real Estate Agent. I explained my situation and although there were hurdles to overcome, she was willing to take the journey with me and my family.
It was her pure heart, caring personality, business acumen, guidance, and strong knowledge in the mortgage industry that solidified the closing of our home on April 14th, 2023. With so much uncertainty with the move and family illnesses that added higher levels of stress, Sharon ALWAYS showed compassion and understanding. We TRULY could not have done this without her.
She spent countless hours over an 11 month period making sure the mortgage process aligned with the construction of our new home and closing date. She worked with underwriters and Directors internally to confirm we were always on track. She researched market trends and immediately made us aware of any changes to the interest rates that may effect our mortgage approval. Her communication was superb at the very least as we have spoken on the phone during early mornings and late evening. My family and I are forever indebted to Sharon for what she has done for us. Not only have we gained a true professional that we can ALWAYS recommend, but we have also gained a lifelong friend.
You have turned the impossible into what we now consider our FOREVER HOME. From the bottom of our hearts we say THANK YOU. YOU are the blessing that we prayed for.
