I really don't even know where to begin. We specifically came here because we knew I could get great brisket. What I was served, needed another four to six hours on the smoker. I cooked it for 4 today just under 200 and it could have used another 2 hours, I was really shocked.
The appetizers were great; yet, the service was the worst I've experienced, since the very bottom of the pandemic. On a couple of occasions we were literally ignored for 20 to 30 minutes. It may have actually been 40 minutes at one point. Thank goodness we were able to pay the check at the table and not have to interact again.
I requested that management follow-up this one-star experience, from the QR Code check and I have heard nothing.
I am completely shocked by the drop off in service and food quality.
I nearly forgot, the creme brulee, not only sat on the counter (forever), waiting to be picked up, when it finally did get to us, it was completely uneven.
So very sad...
