        My 21 month old is doing OIT (oral immunotherapy) for his cashew allergy. We have been so impressed! Dr. Chacko is amazing. The medical team has been so helpful, kind, and engaged with us. My son has not had any reactions or negative side effects up to this point. I think it is so amazing that this treatment is offered as it relieves a lot of stress and worry about potential allergic reactions. We have been so happy!
