        I was nervous coming here after reading the reviews but I can honestly say that this is a great location! I scheduled my annual checkup with Dr Richards-Boyd and everyone was so kind to me. Taryn walked me in and was nice and funny! Dr Richards took her time asking me questions about my background, my family history, and even pulled information from my previous insurance and discussed next steps for me getting some referrals. I had food that day so they were super nice about scheduling my blood work the next morning. I went back early the next day and Theresa was my phlebotomist. I told her I get nervous around needles and she was so nice, kept me busy and occupied chatting so I wouldn't think about it. She stayed with me after for a few minutes talking until I felt good to go. Such deep and honest care that is rare to see! This is a superb location with great staff and attention!
