Northside Emergency Associates

They billed my husband for services which were provided 9/30/23 and billed for 4/10/23. I called to tell them they billed the wrong date. The man didnt care one bit and did nothing to fix it. My Insurnace wont pay for the wrong date, terrible customer service **** update*** its now 3/16/2024 and they still are sending me bills with the wrong service date that havent been fixed and resubmitted to my insurance Ive called them atleast 15 times and spoken to managers at their billing dept and its useless,

Just like everyone else In the reviews. I received an alert my account was reported to collections and I never received a bill. Will be disputing!!! No written communication at all!!!

This has truly been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had to go through. The staff just hung up the phone 3 times. Finally the 4th time I was able to get someone on the phone who had an attitude from the beginning. Was eating during our call and was lying about the insurance information. Clearly they don't care at all about the patients at Northside. It is truly a joke and it disgust me that they treat patients with bills into the 10's of thousands of dollars like this. But like any other big corporation they just read over these reviews and keep doing what they do best. Make money on the backs of us.

Everything about this place is awful. Especially how the staff are unprofessional and are very rude.
