We worked with Alexandra at Ferguson for a year on the selection, purchase and install all of appliances and plumbing/bath fixtures for our custom home project. We had a fantastic experience. Very professional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!!

Tried to purchase a $500 shower fixture and they flagged it for fraud. No phone call or explanation. Im actually happy it happened because I found the same shower fixture in Amazon for $200 less.

The selection of fixtures is beautiful and the staff is what I really found amazing, every single member of the staff each and individually were extremely helpful and pleasant and every one of them asked me at various time if. Needed any help and felt sincere and happy in their asking me , you just do not find that quality of assistance anymore anymore. Bravo to them ! Id buy there even if I didnt want anything.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lexi, our sales person, was very responsive and easy to communicate with up until we placed our appliance order. After we placed the order and paid in full, she was completely AWOL. The appliance delivery date came and went with no communication from Ferguson. When we called multiple times to inquire about the delivery, nobody could find our order despite having a receipt with an order number and customer number. It is pure unadulterated incompetence at Ferguson. We are still waiting to find out when delivery can be rescheduled. During this whole ordeal, Lexi was unreachable and unresponsive. Had I known this would have been our experience, we would have ordered from a different supplier. The disdain Ferguson has shown to us as customers has turned me off from every purchasing again from them.
