I was recently in a car accident. Wasnt my fault and had no idea how to resolve the situation. I hadnt been injured, the other driver is an attorney and was threatening to sue me and I didnt understand any of it so I kept quiet. I decided to reach out to Singletons law firm. I sent a text via the website, and it was maybe five minutes following the text that I received a phone call, not from a paralegal, but directly from Don Singleton. I told Don what happened, and even though he was fully aware that there wasnt much in the way of representing me for this case, he took the time to walk me through exactly how I should go about dealing with every aspect of the accident- from dealing with the insurance companies, dealing with the other driver, damages, what I should and shouldnt pay, and even more. At the end of the conversation, Don stated that if I have any other questions or need help figuring anything else out, he would be available for me to call. Thank you, Don! I contacted Singleton Law after working with another attorney on a claim nearly 2 years old. Don was able to provide more information and clarity in 7 days than my previous attorney. I wish I had called him from the start. I'm still thankful for the time he took with my query.
