        By the time they took their 40 % and "fees" it was almost half the judgement and im stuck with pain for the rest of my life.this co called me to get signed up on class action suit i didnt know of them prior to this and i always had to call them every month because they would never update me.but this is my opinion

      We feel this review is a bit unfair and not in full disclosure. We worked on your case for over 9 years in a very hard-fought battle with your defendants. Most firms would have never taken your case to begin with given the complex nature of the same. We only charged our agreed-upon attorney fees of 40% at the onset for this complex product liability claim, and did not make a penny more in attorney fees. Beyond that, as you know, there was an independent third-party federal court that got involved in your case and controlled all aspects of the distribution process by federal court order after your case concluded. Although that court had nothing to do with us or our efforts, we know you are understandably upset with their involvement. We did not like it either, but we also know that any other expenses they may have charged or required of you had nothing to do with CSS or the named defendants in this matter. We value our clients and always strive to do the best we can for them. Despite independent matters that came into play here beyond our control on your specific case, we tried to do that for you too. We are not going to say anything more about this matter to protect confidentiality, but we wanted to remind you of the same and all the effort/work we did for you, especially when most would never have done so. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you in more detail offline but do not want to say more here for privacy and other related reasons. We wish you all the best in the interim.
