OMEGA

I went into the boutique not fully knowing what to expect. I purchased a Speedmaster Moonwatch from Chrono24, but Sean treated me like I had purchased the watch straight from him. I asked him if he could resize the watch for my wrist. He was very welcoming and went to the back immediately to size it. He had me try it on and it was still a bit loose as I like to wear my watches tight on the wrist so he went back to make an adjustment. It fit perfectly and he didn't charge me for his work. I plan on coming back to the boutique and purchasing a watch from this store at some point because I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. You wouldn't get this kind of service from many other luxury watch brands.

A truly spectacular demonstration of how high quality customer centric experiences are meant to be. There is seldom an example of "you are what you eat" that holds more true than the love and fascination with the world of Swiss mechanical watches, especially when it refers to a certain moonwatch. I felt welcomed, my thoughts and concerns were heard and I was treated with the upmost respect and consideration. It was a wonderful team and Kelly is the perfect woman for the job. Omega is lucky to have her.

Walked in last Saturday with the hopes of purchasing my first Omega wrist watch and was helped by Tariq. Had an unforgettable buying experience and ended up walking out with the Omega Speedmaster Professional 3861 Sapphire. I got introduced to Omega a little over a year ago with a wonderful Aqua Terra that was a gift from Santa. I had stopped in the boutique to ask a few questions (servicing, setting, do's and don'ts) as it was my first proper watch. Rachel and Tim were extremely warm, welcoming and knowlegable. It is always a pleasure to work with people that know their craft. Each time my wife and I have stopped in it is like visiting family. We appreciate their guidance and professionalism and have loved our Omega purchases. We are happy to recommend this boutique.
