Tarr and Shan were the Bomb!!!! Xoxo these Ladies have class and awesome customer service no Cap!! I only come to this location. Super love the store it's always clean and very neat. Thanks Ladies!!!

I came into this store with my mom and we had a pleasant experience because she found this nice dress UNTIL we got to checkout. The associate began to ask my mom to enter her information on the keypad in the following order: Phone number First name Last name And oddly, social security number, to which my mom found very suspicious. My mom asked if they really needed that, and the associate fimly said Yes. My mom then put the dress back, but the associate then told her that she doesnt really need it anymore. This was her first time in a Francescas store and its probably going to be the last.
