T-Mobile

As a long standing T mobile account holder I am very disappointed in this location. When I walked in I wasnt greeted, and no one ever came over to ask if I needed any help. When I finally walked over to an employee to ask a question about a phone, he answered and before I can even get another word out, he and the other employees resumed their conversation about the show bmf and was just overall poor service providers. I went in around 12:15 on 4/3/24

This place is a hidden secret.De Von, Yusuf and Josh are the most efficient quietly spoken customer service experts. They went as far as looked for more ways to save money, and mentioned promotions that they need not have, which saved me a lot of money. They were constantly kind in the face of some other annoying customers, and very informative. Their location is a little hidden, so its not as busy as others. I will always go back to their store

Juan helped me immensely with a very complex swap of SIM cards and plans on several phones. He was incredibly patient and spent a lot of time trying to accomplish my objectives. He really exhibited stellar customer service and deserves to be considered for a higher level position within the organization. Thank you SO much for helping me.

I walked in this afternoon, having issues with accessing my Netflix ON US account over the past year my account has been established .I expressed my concerns to the customer care representative who was assisting me, Amos. He took his time and effort to get this issue, resolved with the care team via the phone and also in person .I left having full access to Netflix account and other unrelated issues resolved. I'm very very thankful for all his outstanding customer service this afternoon. Amos thank you so much again for your time and service in helping me get the job done!!!! Often times we take time to leave negative reviews, but we never take time to leave positive reviews for services that we receive so I just want to say thank you again, Amos!
