We are now in our fourth business day of waiting for FusionConnect/BirchConnect to get our business phones working. All they do is say that they keep "accelerating" the ticket, yet, in 4 days no technician has come to our office. We have 40 telephone lines that have been down for this entire week with nothing happening. I have now spent over 5 hours in 10-12 phone calls with them to no avail other than "sincere apologies." This is absolutely the worst and they obviously do not care as I see from the other reviews here.

They will try to take as much money from you as possible. Horrible service and very rude to long time customers.

Legitimately the worst company I've seen. If you miss a tiny window, they auto renew your contract and you're unable to wiggle out of them. If you get past that and want to disconnect services, they delay 30 days to wring out every extra cent out of you. Each invoice is locked behind an access code so that if you call in for assistance, they make it as hard as possible for you to get service in the first place.
