        Since our company switched to a UMR plan through Ironwood we have had nothing but issues. From the initial enrollment process to mishandled claims, the process has been the worst experience I have ever had with insurance.

        Can not reach my agent. Call over and over, hit zero just to end up in a continuous loop. Left message, still no call back. No one ever picks up the phone. I only can talk to Progressive to make changes.

      Rob:You’re replying to the Private Client Dept. We only handle personal lines insurance. I’m not even certain what a UMR plan is since we don’t handle commercial lines. That said, if you have a phone number and know who your Account Rep is, I can look for that’s team manager and have them call you and do all they can to rectify your issues. Thx!

      Our number is 770-433-0318. You must be calling the wrong number. Voice mails are checked several times a day from Monday to Friday. I assure you if you call us from Monday thru Friday, and have to leave a message, you’ll get a call back very quickly.
