Nathaniel Ellis - State Farm Insurance Agent

Nathaniel Ellis and his team are phenomenal!! My mother has auto and life insurance with them and had a few questions; her auto policy is renewing. She needs one-on-one care with things like this. She was on speaker phone and I could hear the conversation. Nathaniel, the agent, is knowledgable and took his time to explain the details of how the policy works and made sure all of her questions were answered before wrapping up the call. She was never rushed and it felt great to hear her treated with such kindness! The billing is simple and they are always helpful. My mother has spoken with some of the other staff in the past and she is always expressive about how warm-hearted they are, beginning with their office greeting when you call. I will be switching to them asap! For great customer service and a high quality professional experience with State Farm, get your insurance with this agent's office!!!! You will be glad you did. I love my state farm with Nathaniel Ellis because I have Nicole Pearl and Gregory.When I say they go beyond and out they way,I am being very honest.Nicole and Gregory provides excellent customer service.If they live State Farm I will have to follow them.Nicole and Gregory you'll the best.
