I chose Weinstock immigration Lawyers after spending some time reviewing a bunch of immigration law firms after seeing solidly favorable reviews for help with my mothers LPR application (family based AOS)e. I was assigned Attorney Lisa Ramirez who had an initial consultation with me. Lisa was clearly very knowledgable and experienced about the process and advised me specifically about a couple of issues with regards to my Moms application needing additional affidavits by relatives located on several different continents. This enabled me to work on them and submit them with the application and probably averted triggering an RFE which would have delayed the whole process significantly. Once hired she and her team of paralegals were always readily available by phone or email, helped me seamlessly though the whole process and were quick and professional with the paperwork and submissions to USCIS. They kept me updated on the progress and any notifications received from USCIS. Atty Ramirez herself was also very prompt and detailed in replying to my occasional email queries directed to her. Overall based on my experience, I strongly recommend Weinstock Immigration Lawyers as a capable and experienced firm with knowledgeable attorneys and very efficient staff with regards to immigration matters. Needless to say, my mothers LPR application was approved without a hitch or RFE in a timeframe much faster than I expected.

Lisa is very experienced, professional and very dedicated to her work . My green card approved without an interview. Entire Process was very smooth and easy due to their experienced attorney.
