The adequate rooms do not make up for the poor location or poor service by a disinterested staff. Especially in an area with so many hotel options.

Ms. Margaret was very polite and courteous. It was very refreshing to have someone so kind at the front desk.

BOOKING ~We booked our suite via the website effortlessly; They allow requests such as: Early check-in, down pillows, non-feather pillows, extra blankets/pillows/towels, and more ~We downloaded the app after reserving our room, which I highly suggest (You can see ALL of your stay info, plus view more helpful information) ~The app will send you a notification when it is time for you to digitally check-in (Despite that, you are STILL required to go to the front desk, which in my opinion is redundant, but hopefully, that will change in the future) ~Our 2hr Early check-in request was approved w/o additional fees, which totally ROCKED The app will send you the exact time you can arrive ~Once at the front desk, the clerk asks for your name and address (Did not have to show my ID) gives you room cards/key, tells you some useful information, then immediately afterward you will receive your digital key within the app, which was really cool; The entire physical check-in & out took less than 2mins and we LOVED that EXTERIOR ~The Grounds are Beautiful and Immaculate ~There is LOTS of parking in the front, and on the sides (We felt super safe leaving our vehicle in a spot where we could not see it from our room) INTERIOR ~Hotel is decorated beautifully and super clean ~Front desk clerks at check-in and check-out were exceptionally nice ~There were luggage carts outside of the side entrance for use, which we totally appreciated ~NO problem using our keys to enter the building ~The elevator was clean and smelt REALLY good every time we entered ROOM 220 KING BED SUITE w/BALCONY 2/24/24 ~Upon entering our room we did a complete inspection and found the bathroom sink drained REALLY slow, so I called the desk, the clerk stated she would inform maintenance; Within 10mins there was a knock at our door, the sink was fixed in 5mins (It was clogged with LONG strands of hair Ewww) The maintenance man was an extremely kind/mannerable gentleman; Just FANTASTIC service from both him and the clerk!! ~During the inspection, we only found 3 long hairs (On the couch, the sink, and in the shower) which is not bad compared to what we have found in other places) But there actually should not be ANY! ~Sink is separate from the toilet and shower ~Shower pressure is not strong but definitely was very soothing as it has ENDLESS hot water YAYYY ~There is one mirror in the whole room, located above the sink (Not picture-taking bright, barely make-up bright) NO full-length mirror ~Bedding was pretty and clean, well the outer parts were, as we NEVER pull back the comforter, we always bring our own sheets, comforter, and pillows and lay ours atop of theirs ~Via the website when reading room details, they do not list a microwave, however, the hotel images show a microwave, so we had NO clue if one would be in the room or not, thankfully there was; It is a small dorm size microwave that desperately needs replacing, but it worked so hey! ~There is a mini fridge, but no freezer part for our cool packs, unfortunately ~The balcony facing the pool was really nice with great outdoor furniture just as pictured; We asked for and were granted a concrete wall balcony vs one with rails as you get more privacy ~We had ZERO issues with noise and thus got a great night's sleep Our FAV part of the room was the Black-out curtains; We closed them while it was still bright out to test them, and it instantly became PITCH DARK and we were ecstatic!!! Needless to say, I want the EXACT ones right NOW and am having the darnest time finding them; So management if you are reading this, you have my email already, send me a link to order the curtains CONCLUSION ~NO complimentary breakfast for Marriot Members or anyone for that fact; Which is a bummer as we paid $211.55 for a King Suite and could not even get a free bagel, woe is me ~Regardless, we would WITHOUT HESITATION stay here again, and we HIGHLY recommend this Pulchritudinous SAFE location We Entirely Enjoyed Our Stay Thank You Noteworthy details: After turning on the street of the hotel, LaQuinta will be on your left, and the Marriot will be straight ahead
