Wow. It has been a long time since Ive been at a hotel that felt like it was 5 stars. I travel for work quite frequently during the year and I always stay at Marriott properties. Typically, within my price point, Im getting a pretty standard hotel room. Even when I stay in Marriott properties for personal travel, and Im paying upwards of several hundred dollars for deluxe rooms and junior suites, they do not even look and feel half as good as the rooms here. The Bellyard blew me away.
Im going to list the pros:
- The room is absolutely gorgeous - bright, open, and still modern with ample storage space
- The pillows are plushy and actually act like a pillow. Almost all hotel room pillows are disappointing to me as theyre too soft. I loved these pillows and got such good sleep.
- Shower was hot and I loved the dual shower head set up.
- Location is great, there is a lot to eat in the area without having to take a Uber or public transportation elsewhere
- Really large lobby where you can wait if you have a late flight
- Full bar that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Excellent front desk service
- Water refill stations on every guest floor with candy
This has been one of the best hotels that Ive stayed in in a long time. I am definitely recommending it to all my colleagues for their next conferences in Atlanta.

This is one of my favorites places to stay when I visit Atlanta. Always a dope vibe... restaurants, rooftop, bar, pool.... Pure dopeness! My only complaint is they don't have 'irons' in the rooms; they have steamers... which is ridiculous! Don't be so cool that you turn my 5-minute ironing session into a 30-minute steaming session. It was mega-annoying, not being able to just unpack my clothes and iron a shirt. I had to rely on a steamer, which doesn't really get the wrinkles out as well as an iron. It sounds like a silly thing to complain about, but this was a VERY silly problem to have when I was trying to get ready to go out for the evening. This is a bad idea. Restore irons and an ironing board!!!

Its my first time staying at the Bellyard during my regular business trips to Atlanta. It's an overall great hotel. Qudrat at the front desk has been exceptionally helpful every time I or my colleagues need any information or have any issues. She is knowledgeable, professional, and has a great attitude towards customers. People make a place great, and Qudrat is certainly one of them. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you.

This hotel is centrally located in the interlock which provides easy access to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel room gives you at home vibes with the books and bookshelf decor. My room did not come with a view but was nice and quaint. I love the candy on each floor and ice bags! The draw bar and hotel was nice and clean. The in room menu options were very appealing.
Now as far as the stay, the walls are very thin. I heard everything going on in the hallway and the toddler staying across the hall. He was very excited or agitated for he was super loud and disturbed my sleep and relaxation. The service workers have walkie talkies which you can hear in your room as well. Unfortunately even though I am a Marriott member and have a clear preferences profile, my room was located by the associate closet. Which I heard doors banging all day. Unfortunately wouldnt stay at this hotel again due to noise level.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities, in the middle of a lovely walkable neighborhood.
