        Unfortunately already had prepaid for week. Saying no refund.....Have bed bugs in my rooms x2..... Other room had roaches and flooding/ leaks. X2 days in room with bedbugs, roaches and no water. But office staff refuse to change room. Saying no others available. Which is untrue. See them selling other rooms. Won't check my room or send maintenance. Rented out my other/ previous room with bedbugs to another customer.... Thinking I should call an attorney at this point. Cause haven't showered in two days and bed bugs are biting me up and swelling on me everywhere from bites. Someone please help.

        Jelisa was so nice and gave great costumer service she made my experience here amazing! Walkability: Everything is close by walking distance if u dont have a car!
