I am unfortunately still here with a family of four. Yesterday night sat at the Restaurant and waiting for 20 min not even an apology. Today room service came at 9 am we said not ready please come back, we even called front desk and said can she come back nothing. Needless to say hours later came back to still an unclean room. Please don't go by the stars that they put feels more like a two star. Horrible and sad. This pic was at 6 pm Rooms: Na

The room was ok. The carpet had spots and spills, and the tv remote didn't work. However, the security guy did manage to get the tv to work. Need directional signs to show where the ice machines are located.

I love Hyatt Regency at Villa Christina and have been staying here somewhat consistently over the past ten years. As a Globalist, I am entitled to space-available upgrades. I never expect them, but always appreciate them. The last several trips here, I have not received an upgrade despite seeing many of them available in the app; but I never said anything or cared too much. Today, however, I was a bit irritated because I specifically went out of my way to ask if there was an upgrade available because my friend is also staying in the hotel and itd be nice to have a dedicated living space to socialize. I was told there are no upgrades available. My friend, who is also a Globalist and checked-in 20 minutes later, was upgraded via the app to the Villa Suite, and I still see plenty of other suites available. Normally I dont care about the upgrade, but for this to have happened multiple times at this property and for them to tell me there are no upgrades only to give one out 20 minutes later is a slap in the face. Since this is now a pattern, I will choose my hotels in the area more carefully moving forward.
