I have stayed at this property 3 times with my husband, and each stay is a prolonged period working on our business. While some aspects of the older rooms and mechanical issues are a factor when staying there, the incredible general manager and management team we've come to know are 100% committed to providing excellent customer service. They are genuinely warm and truly enjoyed to be with when we are in Atlanta. Their willingness and commitment to make your stay as pleasant as possible, is rarely found in many hospitality and travel related businesses. The owner and staff are making strides in improving the quality of the building inside and out, and we look forward to booking our travels there again and watching the enhanced improvements that are hopefully sure to come!

This hotel isnt even worthy of 1 star. I checked in at 7:12 pm. The first room had blood on the carpets, feces all over the toilet seat, and long black hair all over the bed. I went to the front desk and asked to move rooms. The second room had an obvious urine stain on the bed, something (unsure of what it was) on the bathroom counters, and it was clear the carpets had not even been vacuumed. Only 1 of 4 lights worked in the room. By 7:33 we were repacking the car and booking a new reservation somewhere else online. When I walked back in, they checked us out but would not refund because it had been over 15 minutes. The first 15 minutes we spent moving rooms, how could we have known the second room was just as disgusting? The man at the front desk was as helpful as he could be without breaking policy. I have a crawling baby and toddler, vacuumed carpet is the bare minimum. I have now been on hold with corporate for longer than I remained checked into the hotel. They have signs every 5 feet asking for a 5 star review on google, I assume theyre trying to hide the negative reviews. I wouldnt believe a single 5 star review. Rooms: Disgusting Noteworthy details: Stay here if you want bloody floors, urine in the bed, and feces on your toilet seat.
