Happy Homeowner! Many Thanks to Jarian Rich of EA/Empire. I had a minor issue with my floors and EA/Empire stood behind their product WAY after my builders warranty expired. Very hard to find that level of customer support this day and age. Many thanks, Jarian!

Recently purchased a stack unit in Reynolds town. Tyler and the crew was great! Always helpful and always replied. Now were in unit and theyre having issues with the electrical system. Its not compatible with many appliances. Its my understanding this building g was originally to be commercial and Empire has adapted it to residential which is causing many of the issues. Breakers are throwing and They obviously have no real reason why or how to fix it. The electricians want to blame the appliances. Appliances want to blame electrical. Ugh!! If I was looking to buy again I would look elsewhere. Too much money to deal with this. Maybe it was just our timing but, the deal started with $10k down and then a design meeting was set to pick changes and upgrades for final price. Then with no notice down went to $17k and ZERO changes or upgrades! This is the unit. Take it or leave it! Ok, I can kind of understand Empire being a large company and buying in bulk. And it just sucked it happened in the middle of our deal but We were obviously shown much nicer units with upgrades so a little shocked of how vanilla our almost $600k unit was. Not even a kitchen backsplash. I cooked breakfast one time and completely ruined the wall in our brand new almost $600 k unit. There needs to be a kitchen hard surface back splash at least. How much more could it cost $500??? Huge change in look and function. Overall very happy to be in the area the unit, the staff and I believe it is a good quality construction. So why get a bad review over a $500 very necessary kitchen back splash. Bad decision. And it makes it so much more difficult post construction. Dirty, disruptive. We had to completely remove vent hood to have kitchen tile back splash insyalled Things at least in our case could have been handled better by corporate.
