we spent more than a million dollars for an incomplete and poor quality home. our contract prohibits us from posting anything negative about them on social media so I'll just say please do your research before doing business with these people.

I can not express enough, for your own sake, to please stay away from this company. They have the most unreliable, deceitful, and unqualified group of executives you will ever have the displeasure of doing business with. Quality is beyond atrocious and upper management has no desire to please their customers or even provide what they were contractually obligated to do. Their employees are put in circumstances where they are born to fail and no corrections are made by upper mgmt to undo these issues for the buyer. This company is a sinking ship anchored on a horrific moral compass. I have a very difficult time believing that any of the positive comments below come from actual customers and strongly believe there would be a substantial amount of negative rhetoric if they did not contractually prevent their customers from speaking negatively against Thrive. That in itself should tell you enough about Thrive Homes...DO NOT buy at Emerson. All home owners at Studioplex are beyond disappointed and many legal arrangements are being made by both owners and contractors Thrive used that were not properly paid.
