        You cannot close your account unless you go there in person. If you move out of state, you must send a letter. I sent 2 letters, both of which they denied ever receiving and refused to close my account. I went through months of calls and emails and they continued to refuse to close the account. I have now got my attorney involved because they sent my account to collections despite the fact that I have made many attempts to close my account. If you move out of state, they couldn't care less if you need to close your account. They will require that you show up in person and deny ever receiving the letters. I will never recommend this gym. They have absolutely zero concern for their customers, only money.

        I love that the gym is 24hrs. New guy in the office is the best. Hospitality is top tier. It can be a little loud with the weights at times. Relaxed gym.
