        Visited Dr. Han on 1/15/24 specifically to schedule colonoscopy. Person at the desk helped to pick up the date - 2/15/24. When arrived at Outpatient Surgery center on that day at 7am, I was informed that appointment has been cancelled by Dr. Han 2 days prior this procedure. Nobody cared to call and tell me to stop this harsh preparation for colonoscopy. Dr. Han didn't apologize for what happened and was very rude when confronted. Not going back!
