I really should have paid more attention to the reviews when trying to give someone the benefit of doubt. Dr Quinn was my doctor. 1st visit and last visit. Being a new patient of his, wasn't impressed at all. When going over my already diagnosed condition by a magnificent retired doctor, all I needed from him was to pick up where my present doctor left off. First off, he explains how he isn't as medically invasive with my condition as my previous physician but he is thorough. Due to the medications I'm taking, the one I need most he can't prescribe because it isn't FDA approved and he states no doctors in the Atlanta area are able to prescribe that medicine. I drove 3 hrs for nothing. Was given misinformation that he treated my condition when he doesnt, he can't prescribe my meds and his demeanor was giving "I'm here to help you, but I can't help you" vibes. Good help is hard to find and it's unfortunate when you have a condition that only 1 doctor can treat. Don't go to this doctor cause he'll leave you thinking in the state of GA, the type help you need, you're not going to find. Not to mention, I'm sure the office closed early cause I felt as though I was the last patient and was being rushed out. He was nice nasty and I wouldn't suggest him to my dog.

After reading the reviews on the punctuality issues, I thought I would try this location and I booked an early appointment to make sure I could get seen at my booked time. I turned up at 910 for a 920 appt.940 they told me I would be in soon,they took my vitals and let me know to wait in a room. At 950 I politely asked when there would be someone as if no one was coming I needed to leave. They let me know that someone would be right in. I waited until after 10 am, until I had to leave and get to work. I was told I would be refunded for my copay and so far that has not happened. The extra difficult part to take on top of the disrespect for patients time, is that you have to pay for parking. The staff here are very polite and friendly but I feel that they are let down by management. Please believe me and the other reviews that this practice is not able to remotely respect your appt time.

The office is very clean, with efficient and friendly staff. There was no waiting and I like the email reminders, allong with the check-in proceures that are handled expertly with care. Dr. Quinn took the time to address all of my concerns and made sure all questions were answered without rushing me.

My husband went for a routine colonoscopy. He is a diabetic but had no special considerations . The facility was crowded, hot, and not at all relaxing. My husbands BP rose, inappropriate behavior on all levels. His cardiologist was very disappointed with his care in this facility. We will not be returning here for screening. Very disappointed with care, staff, and facility.
