Why do you steal photos of other peoples floors for your marketing? Are your floors that bad? You do know what copyright infringement is right? I have found that you use a number of photos that don't belong to you, once I got bored and started digging. Like this photo is owned by Amazing Garage Floors and have found other photos belonging to other companies, I am helping them all report you, I guess their floors are so much better than yours you need to steal photos.

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! At the onset of this project I was extremely confident in their professionalism and ability to complete my project in a timely manner with excellence. However, what was promised as a 2 Day Process has now turned into a 4 Week Process and my confidence in Black Rhino Garage Floors is completely shattered. Please see a recap of the timeline below: DAY 1 - WEDNESDAY My project should have started on Wednesday, as I was promised the crew would arrive between 10am-2pm. After missing Charles call, I saw his text that afternoon and I called back. He informed me he had an issue on another job and in turn my project would be delayed until Thursday morning and completed by Friday. He said they could have started Wednesday afternoon, but he wanted them to start with fresh eyes on Thursday. I trusted that decision only because he promised a Friday completion. DAY 2 - THURSDAY He promised they would arrive by 10am on Thursday. They did not arrive until after 12 noon. Within 45 minutes of arrival the entire crew left for an hour lunch. They then worked until 4pm and promised they would be back Friday morning by 8-8:30am for Phase 2 and return Friday evening at 7pm to complete the job. DAY 3 - FRIDAY Friday morning the 3 man crew turned into a 1 man crew, and he arrived late, shortly before 9am. There was no communication of the delay. But upon Seans arrival I was then informed the project wouldnt be finished until Saturday and Charles confirmed the same. At 4pm before leaving, he promised to come back Saturday morning between 8:30-9am to finish. DAY 4 - SATURDAY Saturday morning I expected his arrival as promised by 8:30-9am. 10 minutes before arriving, I received a text that you would arrive late at 9:30am. After arriving at the new time, the 2 man crew stayed for a short time and then left without notice. Shortly after I received a text saying they would return in 1 hour. They did not return until 1:30pm. That is 4 hours later. They were done by 3pm and said he would return at 7pm Saturday evening to complete the job. Once again, the crew arrived late at 7:15pm and it wasnt until 7:50pm that I realized once again they left without notifying me. Once I called you to see what happened, he explained that the floor was not cured and they would return Sunday morning to complete the job. I couldnt believe they left without speaking, my doors were unlocked and lights on for 35 minutes and I had no idea, thinking they were still working. DAY 5 They crew once again arrived late and had an attitude. Sean explained that he tried ringing the doorbell before leaving but I never answered. I asked him to not leave again without knocking, yelling my name or ringing the door bell. I guess it upset him because minutes later he packed up all of his gear and left without warning. Literally abandoned the job completely. After calling Charles, he said Sean left because he didnt like my attitude. Charles then informed me he was going to meet with Sean to get the materials to complete my floor and he would see me that afternoon. Charles never came. Instead he said someone will be there on Monday to complete it. He was not apologetic or willing to come and finalize the floor. DAY 6 Sean arrives and late but he returns to finish the floor. He arrives with Charles and they finally placed the top layer on. Unfortunately the Charles did not stay until the end and Sean left several errors. The floor has craters where the metallic didnt spread. There were tiny bugs that got into the floor as well, which could have been avoided had they closed the doors. After 3 weeks of broken promises, excuse after excuse, late arrival, poor workmanship he did come to fix the floor but they made it even worse by carelessly splattering the material on the floor. I wouldnt trust Charles or Black Rhino with installing a light bulb let alone my floor. I regret the day I let them into my house. I asked for a refund and the refused. I will have to hire someone else. You cant trust them. Service: Install flooring

From start to finish, Black Rhino was a pleasure to deal with. Christian came out to give a quote and he was so professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process in detail and helped us pick out the color for our garage floor. The guys showed up on time, were so nice and professional. They completed the work on time, did a fantastic cleanup and did an AWESOME job! We absolutely LOVE our new floor and we highly recommend them! Service: Install flooring

We hired black rhino to put epoxy down on our sunroom. We ordered supplies for another contractor who has done work for us before but had a family emergency and we didnt want to wait for him to get back. We reached out to black rhino and they said they could complete the job. They came out to the house and said that the supplies we ordered for the other contractor was of good quality and they can use what we had. They started the work it last for 3 or 4 days. Told us that the products we purchased for the base coat was not the right one so they ordered more. An extra $295 The last procedure they did was to put the finish coat to give it that shiny coat. My wife and I noticed paint drippings on the floor, bubbles coming up in the floor and rough areas that didnt look good. We contacted Rhino to let them know our concerns but they only wanted to know if we were going to pay the $295 invoice. I paid the balance because it was the right thing to do. Now I am awaiting for Rhino to do the right THING. Ive called several times but they keep sending me to voicemail. IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS I WILL REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND WILL ADVISE EVERYONE TO RUN FROM THESE GUYS This project cost me over 2k to complete. I I just saw there response and it is not TRUE THAT INFERIOR PRODUCTS WERE PURCHASED. IN FACT WE WERE TOLD THAT THE PRODUCTS WE BROUGHT WERE BETTER THAN THE ONES THEY HAD AND THEY WOULD HAVE BROUGHT THE REMAINING PRODUCTS WE HAD. I WOULD NOT BE AS ADAMANT TO WRITE A RESPONSE TO THIS COMPANY IF NOW THEY ARE LYING ABOUT HOW THERE WORK WAS BEYOND SUBSTANDARD. THIS IS DALE AND THE FIRST COAT SEEMED TO BE CORRECTLY DONE RIGHT. IT WAS THE FINAL COATING WHEN WE NOTICED THE BUBBLES, DRIPPING OF OTHER PAINT AND SHABBY WORK DONE BY A COMPANY WHO NOT ONLY DID SUBSTANDARD WORK BUT IS WILLING TO LYE AND BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM. THEY WAS SUPPOSE TO COME BACK OUT TO FIX THE MESS BUT NEVER SHOWED. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I ADVISE YOU STRONGLY TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. THEY WILL DO A SHABBY JOB, TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN BLAME YOU FOR THE TERRIBLE PERFORMANCE. MY WIFE AND I ARE PROFESSIONALS ATTORNEY AND DOCTOR AND I HAVE NO REASON TO GO AFTER THIS COMPANY OTHER THAN HOW THEY RIPPED US OFF.
