Move Fitness Complex

First time going to Move fit and I really enjoyed the class. Nick provided easy to follow instructions, while providing a high intensity session with great music.

I love this gym! My favorite trainers are Tayshawn Prime and Nick. I really enjoy the Prime Fit Camp and Prime Full Body, which uses a lot of weighted equipment. Nicks 2Fit class is wonderful, too, and I burn so many calories every time I take it. All the classes Ive taken have really great music, too. The trainers are very supportive and not judgmental at all. The other people who attend this gym are super friendly and outgoing. I make a new friend each time I go.

the most knowledgeable, understanding, and thoughtful trainers. I worked with Nick for about 3 months before I moved to a different state. In three weeks with his meal plan and workout plan, you could see a big difference (picture below)! But, BABBBBBY around month 3, the body was bodying! I would upload that picture, but its some nasty creeps on Beyoncs internet. Nick listens and pushes you to keep going. I 100% recommend him and his gym
