The one thing I don't like is that there is a lady inside of the store and she won't give me my clothes back until the end of Christmas, bad customer service

5/6/2023 - Im here waiting! Cleaners supposed to open at 9am; its 9:28am. No note in door or no phone message stating they will be closed today! I drove 30 minutes to get here! Im waiting hoping they are running late!!$ I dont know!!!

This cleaners is ripping clothes and not taking accountability. As a first time customer, I was extremely disappointed. I dropped off a few items for alterations and cleaning including a leather jacket. I was told I would need to wait two weeks for the jacket to return. During the drop off, we also discussed the discoloration on the jacket - which I assume is typical for leather and having the linings of the sleeves cleaned because they were not leather. After the discussion, I was told the jacket would be sent off for cleaning. My other altered items were picked up approx. a week later. I was skeptical about one of the items (hooks on a bra) because they didn't seem to have been replaced only the same ones readjusted. When the jacket was ready for pickup, I sent my daughter to retrieve. When she returned she explained that the jacket was in fact not cleaned because the cleaners didn't want to "damage" any further, pointing out the discolorations and sleeve (something previously discussed) AND a rip near the edge of one of the pockets. As I know the rip was not there when I dropped it off, nor was it discussed when I dropped it off, I proceeded to call the cleaners. I spoke with the lady I spoke with originally. After denying all accountability, I asked why the jacket was even accepted if they were unable to clean it because of this rip that was "supposedly" visible during drop off. She responded with the leather cleaners don't come every day. I responded with the follow-up questions "why did it take two weeks to determine they would be unable to clean the item especially because we discussed the visible concerns (discoloration and lining) before I left?" To which she gave no plausible answer, only saying she wasn't a liar, to which I responded "neither was I." She also said something alluding to what I could "afford," a comment I didn't even give the satisfaction to pay attention to. Needless to say, they have lost my business. Service: Alterations

Front desk lady is a very nasty and rude every time you come in she has a different personality. She literally runs customers away this time she wouldnt tell me the approximate cost of the dry cleaning that I was leaving and she told me I could take it and go elsewhere because she was already busy. I will never return to this establishment and I dont advise anybody else to no one wants to leave. Theyre dry cleaning and pick it up to a price that they are unaware of.
