Pro Cleaners

TL;DR: Ruined my nice sweater. Dry cleaning service okay, but alterations, service, and repairs are disappointing. I've been a loyal customer of Pro Cleaners for several years, initially drawn in by a friend's recommendation. For a while, I happily referred others based on the quality of service I received. However, my recent experiences have left me disappointed. There appears to have been a significant turnover in staff, and unfortunately, it's reflected in the quality of service. What was once a reliable and attentive team doesnt seem very well trained. Three weeks ago, I entrusted my prized Pringle cashmere shirt to Pro Cleaners for dry cleaning and to address two snags. Despite assurances, upon picking up my shirt a week later, I was disappointed to find that one snag had been ignored entirely, and the other had been haphazardly patched, resulting in a noticeable pinch in the fabric. Its unwearable. When expressing my concerns to the clerk, I was met with a dismissive response, owner is unavailable. I was offered little recourse beyond leaving the shirt for the owner's assessment the following day, with a note that customer is not satisfied. A week later, when I returned for my dry cleaning and an update on the shirt, I was informed that they would not rectify the damage, citing the professional limitations of their repair woman. I brought my sweater home, unwearable and as a result of this experience, I cannot recommend Pro Cleaners for alterations or repairs if you value your clothes. Today is my last day as a Pro Cleaners customer.

amazing! made my old duvet look like new again, and the prices are very competitive. plus, theyre soooo super nice! 10/10, two thumbs up, highly recommend.

Fast, convenient, quality service. I appreciate being able to just drop a bag of clothes and go.

This family-owned business is outstanding. They are kind and conscientious and get great results. I have had them do minor alterations, and they came out very well. They have tackled many tough stains for our family of four with much success. Services: Special care fabric cleaning, Carpet & rug cleaning, Clothes pressing, Alterations, Clothing alterations & repairs
