      From Dr. Syribeys: Good Afternoon Mrs. Lawal. I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out regarding your appointment on April 8th at 2pm to do crown on tooth #10. I wanted to discuss your co-pay, so that you are not surprised on the day of your appointment.The cost of the crown, build-up, and gingivectomy procedure is $2200. We offer different payment options: You can get a 5% discount if you pay with a credit card, You can get a 10% discount if you pay with a check, or You can also choose to split the payment in half. You would pay half on the day of the appointment and the remaining balance on the day of the permanent crown placement. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Thank you, Karla
